Remote Start Alarm Installation on average takes about 3 hours per installation.
Two-Way 5-Button LCD Remote Control with up to 1 Mile of operating range
Installing an alarm will not fix a problem that you might be experiencing with your door locks. We connect the alarm to the door locks. If there is an issue with the actuator or if you have manual door locks then the alarm’s lock and unlock function will not work. The alarm will simply arm and disarm but the locks will remain the same.
If your vehicle has manual door locks or if the door locks are not working in your vehicle then you might want to consider getting some aftermarket door lock actuators.
We offer door lock actuator installations starting at $80 per door.
The prices mention “Starting at…” because the prices apply for most vehicles. But there are some exceptions with some vehicles that require a separate module for all the alarm functions to work correctly. Sometimes it can bring the prices up on the alarm installation. Please if you have any questions or concerns just give us a call or send us a message to confirm any prices.
The alarm comes with a shock sensor that lets us raise or lower the sensitivity. The sensitivity can get pretty high. But if you require a lot of sensitivity, they sell aftermarket sensors that you can add on to your alarm. For example the tilt sensor helps to secure your wheels. Once the sensor feels that the vehicle has been jacked up or tilted the alarm will go off. Another sensor we offer is the proximity sensor. The proximity sensor causes the alarm to go off when someone goes near it. Prices for an additional sensor range from $80 to $160 depending on the type of sensor.
